UK delivery is free.
We attempt to dispatch orders within 1 working day from when they are placed. For UK delivery, we use standard Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.
Most single garment orders will fit through a letterbox.
However, if you are not at the delivery address and the item does not fit through the letter box, a card will be left informing you of how to collect it.

If you are not at the delivery address and the item does not fit through or in your mailbox you may have to collect it from a local depot or arrange for redelivery.

Please contact us in writing (email is acceptable) to inform us of your intention to return any goods. Please also state whether you require a refund or replacement/exchange.
If a return is made after 7 working days but within 30 days following receipt, you must arrange for the goods to be safely returned to us stating in writing (as above) the reason for their return. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so you should arrange for the goods to be returned to us by Royal Mail's Special Delivery or a similar 'signed for' service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please return items in their original condition and unopened packaging. We will refund monies paid by you for the goods (including delivery costs), except for return postal charges within 30 days of your cancellation. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
If you wish to return any items to us from a country other than the UK, please note that you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.
Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
It is very important that when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, as well as your details. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.
The cost of returning the item to us is your liability.
Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
